Let's
face it - publishers and developers (rightly) only want to
pay for completed project work. Production of enormous amounts
of assets for games is looming on the horizon. Many people
have already felt the squeeze. Our proven
business model fits perfectly with these situations,
no matter what the size of the project. |
 |
 |
| |
We put
teams together until the job is completed and bring them back
together when the next job happens, just like a movie production.
We have been working with contractors for years on other projects
at other companies, and Critical Mass Interactive has provided
this service exclusively since its inception in early 2003. |
 |
 |
| |
Developers: Have you ever considered working in an atmosphere like the
original "United Artists," where each contractor
is their own company and you hire yourself out on a project
by project basis? If so, then we just might be the place for
you. |
 |
 |
| |
We find
work for: independent contractors, game developers that are
'between jobs,' and even entire development studios. |
 |
 |
| |
Additionally,
many major publishers and developers have us find contract personnel
to work on site at their offices when offsite just isn't feasible.
Our strong personal and professional relationships with
these studios have provided us the ability to work in this
manner. |

CAN I APPLY FOR A JOB IF THERE IS NO LISTING? |

CMI frequently
updates the JOBS page of the website to keep up with the changing

with the understanding that your information is being put on
file, and your contact information will be placed into our contractor
database for future use. A formal response to a general inquiry
should not be expected. |
